Take every second of the day as an opportunity to improve.
Whether it be taking the opportunity to brush your teeth and improve your smile. If it is taking the opportunity to pull over on the highway and help someone with a broken down car. Or if it is taking the opportunity to serve in the military and help to save lives.
Treat every second as if it is golden because it will never come again.
